Extreme Makeover: Snow Edition

Hi everyone, I know the US has had quite the cold snap going on, but I wanted to share what we have been dealing with… The first picture is from the summer. The second is from today. Brr. By the way, we haven’t been above about 30 degrees for a couple weeks now. It spends most of the day sitting right about 25 degrees. (Please excuse the fact that we have taken these pictures through the screen on the window.)

Yeah, the weather has been crazy for the past couple days. Looks pretty!

yeah, i’ve been grousing about the weather for over a week. i think i just need to suck it up and realize it’s flippin winter. duh.
snow does have a way of making everything beautiful. i’m sure there are some good metaphors in there, but i’m too lazy to think that hard.
brrrrrrr. hurry up, spring!

Yay snow! I wish it would snow more, so much that I don’t have to go to my morning meeting tomorrow. (Somehow I am sure this is impossible.) Has it really been only 25 all these days? It hasn’t felt so bad …maybe because it hasn’t been crazy windy.
